As any mother who's given birth by the belly will tell you, a caesarean birth is serious stuff, and can take quite a while to recover from. Whether your caesarean was planned or unexpected finding your feet afterwards takes time, patience & bit of specialist expertise.
Emma Jeffrey knows this from personal experience, so she's infectiously passionate about easing women back to fitness - physically and emotionally - with comfortable, accessible, FUN (!) programmes. Personally, I found getting back to exercise really daunting after each of my (fortunately uncomplicated) births - in fact I'm definitely not back to my pre-baby fitness - and so I'm REALLY looking forward to chatting live with Emma on Wednesday 5th February.
