Each weekly class is 75 minutes long, and week-by-week teaches parents the strokes which incorporate influences from Indian and Swedish massage techniques as well as yoga. The 5-week course is designed to help equip parents with the skills to help calm, soothe and bond with baby through gentle, nurturing touch and is led by a fully qualified IAIM Infant Massage instructor
Massaging your baby can aid relief from discomfort such as teething, growing pains and colic symptoms, has been used to boost immune systems and provides dedicated one-on-one time to help with bonding and emotional issues.

This prize draw is open to UK residents only and entrants must be 16 years of age or over.

The prize is 1 x place on the 5 week baby massage group course with Gymboree Play & Music Sevenoaks. Each class is 75 minutes long.

Winner(s) will be drawn at random (using commentpicker.com) by 10am on Tuesday 13th February 2018, and will be notified with a reply to their winning comment.
