Private Hypnobirthing classes in Kent
Hypnobirthing suited to you
Hypnobirthing skills are just brilliant at making your pregnancy calmer and more relaxed, and your birth more positive. In my 10 years as a doula I have seen the powerfully positive effect hypnobirthing can have in the birth room many times.
Hypnobirthing is a 'physiology-first' approach that many midwives are naturally aligned with - so it fits right in to midwifery-led birth places. One size doesn't fit all, though, and the Good News is that there is something here for you, however and wherever you plan to have your baby. Whether you are planning a home birth, or to have your baby at a birth centre or a hospital, having hypnobirthing techniques for emotional control will give you and your partner a valuable sense of confidence and calm
I offer private, 1-2-1 classes I will help you discover how to use hypnobirthing MP3s through your pregnancy and birth, even when you're insanely busy. I'll help you learn quick relaxation techniques you can rely on. I can help you adapt hypnobirthing affirmations so they're reassuring and relevant for you. I will talk you through how breathing for birth works in the reality of the birth room. Importantly, I can help you adapt all these skills for your own unique birth. You can use hypnobirthing in an induction of labour, a caesarean birth, a birth with an epidural.

The Hypnobirthing Classes

This bundle of hypnobirthing classes and courses are called the Marguerite Packages, after my wonderful Grandmother, and my beautiful daughter. They are both brilliant and bright, loving and warm, magnetic personalities that leave you feeling loved.
When we found out we were expecting our second baby, there was no question
we hired Charlie again. Just having her by our side made us feel safe and supported. Her presence is grounding, comforting, and truly special

Private 121 Hypnobirthing Classes
While you're researching the right hypnobirthing classes for you, you'll find plenty of options each with their own benefit. Group courses are wonderful for getting to know other local parents at a similar stage of life to you. Online courses are great for fitting in to a hectic schedule. But private sessions like this allow you to really explore what hypnobirthing can mean for you and your partner.
In these three sessions we'll cover all the hypnobirthing basics you'd cover in a group or online class. The difference is we're not following a fixed programme, so you'll have the space and time you need to get everything you need from these tried and tested techniques. That means we can take it at your pace. It means you have the space and time you need to ask all the questions and deep dive into the areas that are most meaningful to you. We can talk about the practicalities and specifics of your planned place of birth, and explore your experiences and expectations of birth. As we go, you'll develop a birth plan with purpose, that is unique to you, and that gives you real confidence.

Charlie is a wonderful lady and the support she gives is so personalised. She genuinely cares and goes above and beyond. She transformed my view on birthwhich resulted in the birth of my second child being alovely experience and a time I think back to very fondly.
I’d happily do it again and that’s all down to Charlie!
