Well, I'm back from Spain and slowly easing myself back into life, as I dodge the vast piles of washing currently littering the house. Part of that easing-back was a Pinterest spree with a cuppa before bed last night, where I found this beautiful graphic by Gloria Pizzilli. This seems to echo the lovely things associated with birth we hypnobirthers remind people to remember; love; oxytocin, calm and relaxation, great birth experiences and positive birth reflections.
