Hypnobirthing skills are just brilliant at making the later days and weeks of your pregnancy calmer and more relaxed, and your birth more positive. I used hypnobirthing for my own three births, and have seen it work powerfully in the birth room as a doula. Hypnobirthing skills are great at empowering you - but there are more factors influencing your birth than you alone can control. These sessions teach you how you can harness the power of hypnobirthing realistically, however your birth happens.
