I posted this on Facebook today, and think it's worth putting here too. It's SUCH a great summary of what I believe hypnobirthing is about. Preparing to be one of the 90% (and knowing your ability to birth) and accepting you may be one of the 10% (and understanding and being grateful for intervention when it's required)
